The Queen of All Cosmos is The King of All Cosmos' wife and the Prince's mother. She drops cookies for multiplayer winners in We ♥ Katamari . The queen came to be the queen when she meet the king as a teenager, they meet as they bumped into each other while the queen rushed to deliver some bread and the king when wandering around holding the chopped off part of his hair, and as they bumped into each other, their items made a love heart which began their relationship.
