In Touch My Katamari, some cousin designs were fused to make one cousin. Shown below are the fused designs and the cousins in the fusions.

| Foomin + Daisy[1] | Foomin now has hooves and pink legs. She wears a cow printed top. The crest around her face is a warm pink, and her head is now a light pink. Her head resembles a cow's udders. It is stated that she borrowed some of Daisy's clothes. |   |

| Lalala + Colombo[3] | Lalala has taken some of Colombo's hair to make a wig. The wig resembles a lion's mane. |     |
| June + Kuro[4] | June is now wearing blue gloves and boots. She has taken Kuro's
V-shaped antenna and the blue pieces of her head now stick out. The "skin" of her head is exposed on both sides of her head. This same design is featured in Tap My Katamari. |

| Odeko + Nutsuo[5] | Odeko's head has shortened and widened a little. His head and outfit are now a teal and the top of his head has light teal stripes. |   |
| Marcy + Jungle[6] | Marcy now wears rainbow tights that were given to her by Jungle. She is also wearing white gloves. |   |
| Ace + Lucha[7] | While unconfirmed, it is speculated that Ace's design was merged with Lucha's. This is due to both of the cousins being shirtless and their energetic natures. |    |

| Nickel + Kuro | This fusion has no face plate, even though Nickel has one. He has Kuro's V-shaped antenna and regular cousin limbs. The sides of Nickel's head and the bottom of his outfit are used in this cousin's design. The insides of the sides of his head are inverted and red. |   |
| Havana + Lalala | Havana now has tan skin and wears no pants. The sides of his head have a green circle inside a yellow circle. Havana's face is not symmetrical, unlike his other designs. |   |
